The Modela aperitif was a multicolored, layered cocktail served at Quark's on Deep Space 9.

According to Quark, the Modela aperitif was "bright and sweet". He prepared one for Jadzia Dax in 2369. (DS9: "Dramatis Personae")

In 2381, Quark replicated a Modela aperitif when he demonstrated the Quark 2000 to the bridge officers of the USS Cerritos, before offering it to Captain Carol Freeman. Later, Kira Nerys, Shaxs, Sam Rutherford, and Mesk all had a Modela aperitifs. (LD: "Hear All, Trust Nothing")
