The following is a list of individuals at Terrasphere 8 recreating personnel from Starfleet Headquarters and Starfleet Academy in San Francisco, Earth.

Bajoran officer []

This male Bajoran operations division officer was one of the characters recreated by members of Species 8472 on Terrasphere 8. Chakotay passed him outside of the Starfleet buildings.

Later, he was present and held Chakotay when the commander was captured outside and brought in for interrogation. (VOY: "In the Flesh")

This Bajoran was played by background actor A. Winfield, who received no credit for his appearance.

Bolian officer []

This female Bolian command division officer was one of the characters recreated by members of Species 8472 on Terrasphere 8. Chakotay watched her talking to another Starfleet officer outside of the buildings and captured her with his holo-imaging device.

Later, she was present when Chakotay was captured outside and brought in for interrogation. (VOY: "In the Flesh")

This Bolian was played by background actress Julie Plum, who received no credit for her appearance.

Civilians []

Three Human civilians were among the characters Species 8472 recreated on Terrasphere 8 in 2375. They passed Chakotay outside of the Starfleet buildings and later hunted him down until he was captured and brought in for interrogation. (VOY: "In the Flesh")

Ferengi officers []

These two Ferengi officers were characters recreated by members of Species 8472 on Terrasphere 8. Chakotay watched them talking to other Starfleet officers outside of the buildings and captured them with his holo-imaging device.

Later, the sciences division officer visited the Quantum Café and both were present when Chakotay was captured outside and brought in for interrogation. (VOY: "In the Flesh")

The two background actors received no credit for their appearance.

Pelian []

This female Pelian operations division officer was one of the characters recreated by members of Species 8472 on Terrasphere 8. She was talking to other officers at the Quantum Café when Chakotay met Valerie Archer. (VOY: "In the Flesh")

This Pelian was played by regular background actress Grace Harrell who received no credit for her appearance.

Quantum Café bartender []

In a simulation of Starfleet Headquarters by Species 8472, this individual was the bartender of the Quantum Café who served drinks while Commander Chakotay encountered Valerie Archer. (VOY: "In the Flesh")

Starfleet admirals []

Five Starfleet admirals were impersonated by members of Species 8472 in a re-creation of the Starfleet Headquarters grounds. They passed Chakotay outside of the Starfleet Headquarters building and some also visited the Quantum Café on the Starfleet grounds.

They were later present when Commander Chakotay was captured and arrested outside of the building. (VOY: "In the Flesh")

According to the call sheets, five Human admirals were present in the scenes.

Starfleet cadets []

These members of Species 8472 were impersonating Starfleet cadets on Terrasphere 8 where they were observed by Commander Chakotay. They passed Chakotay outside of the Starfleet Headquarters building and some also visited the Quantum Café on the Starfleet grounds.

They were later present when Commander Chakotay was captured and arrested outside of the building. (VOY: "In the Flesh")

According to the call sheets, ten Human Starfleet cadets – five females and five males – were present in the scenes.

Starfleet officers []

These members of Species 8472 were training to pass as Starfleet officers on Terrasphere 8 observed by Chakotay who was watching them using a holo-imaging device and taking pictures, in 2375.

Some of them also visited the Quantum Café where Chakotay met Valerie Archer.

Later, they were all present when Chakotay was captured outside of the building. (VOY: "In the Flesh")

According to the call sheets, seven Human Starfleet officers were present in the crowd scene including Young and Larsen but excluding O'Halloran.

Vulcan officer []

This female Vulcan sciences division officer was one of the characters recreated by members of Species 8472 on Terrasphere 8. Chakotay watched her talking to another Starfleet officer outside of the buildings and captured her with his holo-imaging device.

Later, she visited the Quantum Café and was present when Chakotay was captured outside and brought in for interrogation. (VOY: "In the Flesh")

This Vulcan was played by background actress Beth-Ann Joyner, who received no credit for her appearance.
