The Ticonderoga was an United Earth cargo ship that was in service in the mid-22nd century.
During the Babel Crisis in 2154, Enterprise NX-01 received word that the Ticonderoga was missing approximately six hours from Andoria. When Enterprise arrived at the last known coordinates of the Ticonderoga, it was discovered that it had been destroyed by a Romulan drone ship. All that remained of the Ticonderoga was hull fragments, nacelle casings and several Human bodies. (ENT: "The Aenar")
