Arms control (also called the armory) was an area on board Constitution-class starships such as the USS Enterprise. Arms control was, as the name implied where weapons such as ship-mounted planet-wrecker missiles were launched from. (TOS - Star Trek 2 novelization: Operation—Annihilate!)
