Billy Anderson was a 23rd century Human man employed as a miner at the Pergium Production Station mining colony on planet Janus VI.
Biography[]
In the year 2267, when a Horta began killing people, Anderson and Ed Appel caught a brief sight of it in one of the lower tunnel levels. Appel shot it with his hand phaser, but the Horta then attacked and killed Anderson. Appel barely got away with his life. (TOS - Star Trek 4 novelization: The Devil in the Dark)
