Quark's bar served Cardassian ale during the Occupation of Bajor. In 2365, when Quark admitted to falsifying an alibi for Kira Nerys, he assumed he would have to bribe Gul Skrain Dukat with a case of Cardassian ale to appease him. Constable Odo thought it would take two cases. (DS9 episode: "Necessary Evil")
In 2373, after Julian Bashir and Jadzia Dax stunned four Cardassian guards in a depot on Sierra-Bravo 112-II, he proposed injecting them with a sedative that would keep them unconscious for eight hours, then dousing them with Cardassian ale from the depot's storehouse to make them appear as though they'd passed out drunk.
