In 2374, the crew of Deep Space 9 used a chroniton generator to free Kira Nerys and Jake Sisko from the control of the Prophet and Pah-wraith that had possessed them during the Reckoning. In the end, it was not Benjamin Sisko, Jadzia Dax or Worf who engaged the generator, but Kai Winn Adami. (DS9 episode: "The Reckoning")
