The Deltan Prime Minister was an unnamed female Deltan ostensibly in charge of the local government on Delta IV during the 2360s.

At the time of the joint Cybermen/Borg invasion of Delta IV on stardate 45635.2, 2368, she was hurried to a secure command center by her bodyguards. Jahson reported to her on the situation. Dismayed that Starfleet was unable to respond quickly, the prime minister ordered a planet-wide evacuation. She herself departed her homeworld on the USS Mattingly within minutes of the attack.
