Delvan pudding was a favorite of Romulan Praetor Neral.
Julian Bashir recited this among other facts about Neral in a meeting with Luther Sloan in the year 2375. (DS9 episode: "Inter Arma Enim Silent Leges")
- The name "Delvan" is shared by another possibly related dessert, Delvan fluff pastry. It is unclear whether this refers to a place or culture of origin, or some other aspect of these foods' creation. Presumably, Delvan food is sourced in or near the Romulan Star Empire in order for Neral to have acquired a taste for the pudding.
