The Doblana Arctic Base was a Cardassian facility in the Bajoran arctic during the Occupation of Bajor.
The facility was crucial to the Cardassian operations of the occupation, including communications. Also located there was an officers club that was also a front for the Plin Syndicate. (DS9 - Tales from the Captain's Table short story: "The Officers' Club")
