Captain Jackson Keene was a 22nd centuryHuman man, the commanding officer of the Earth freighter ECS Fortunate in the 2150s decade.

Biography[]

In the year 2151, Nausicaans attacked the Fortunate, and Keene was injured in the process. While Keene was recuperating, First Officer Matthew Ryan assumed command and attempted a retaliatory strike against the Nausicaan base. Fortunately, the Enterprise NX-01 intervened to save the Fortunate. Once Keene had sufficiently recovered he demoted Ryan to able crewman. (ENT episode: "Fortunate Son")
