Biography[]
By 2266, Kalik served as Leader Zappa's overconfident associate aboard a contingent of Zakarak spacecraft.
In 2266, during a visit to planet Alpha Z-21, Zappa schemed to capture two Starfleet officers on the surface. Kalik assumed victory would be easy; after all, they outnumbered the landing party. He and Zappa distracted them while Kilima sneaked behind them with a net. But Captain James T. Kirk and Lieutenant Commander Spock fought back, and Kalik fled the scene with his team aboard a stolen Alpha Z-21 spacecraft. (TOS comic: "Colouring Book")
