Kree Omiturin was a Cardassian alias used by Ruriko Tenmei during an undercover mission.

Omiturin was ostensibly an interrogator working with the Obsidian Order. She helped Elias Vaughn extricate Cren Veruda from Kora II, where Madred had detained him. It was the first time that Vaughn had met Tenmei. (DS9 - Mission Gamma novel: Lesser Evil)

As Vaughn points out to T'Prynn, the name is an anagram of Ruriko Tenmei. The character is referred to twice as “Nemeti”, which might have been the authors original name for the character, which is also an anagram, for Tenmei.
