Liliane Weiss was a Starfleet security guard serving aboard the USS Hood in 2371, during the Hood's mission to locate a Malkus Artifact. (VOY - The Brave and the Bold, Book Two novella: The Third Artifact)
When Malkus the Mighty awoke in 2376 and reached out to control the minds of those he came into contact with, he was unable to locate Weiss' mind. Presumably, she died sometime prior to 2376, during the course of the Dominion War. (TNG - The Brave and the Bold, Book Two novella: The Final Artifact)
