In the year 2264, the recreation room on the Federation starship USS Enterprise ran short on plastowels. Starfleet Yeoman Pandora Trask had Captain Kirk sign a requisition voucher for more plastowels. He told her they were in a storage area on level 7, but she went to the wrong part of the deck to retrieve them. (TOS comic: "The Brain Shockers")
