Secarus IV was a planet, the fourth planet in the Secarus star system.

Qagh, known as the Albino, fled to Secarus IV circa 2345. Twenty-five years later, Kang learned that the Albino was there. With Jadzia Dax, Kor and Koloth by his side, Kang attacked the Albino's compound and killed him. (DS9 episode: "Blood Oath", ST reference: The Klingon Art of War)
