Shandor was a 24th century Bajoran man, a prylar monk of the Bajoran religion.

Biography[]

Shandor was amongst the clergy who lived on Deep Space 9 and oversaw services at the Bajoran temple shrine on the station. (DS9 episode: "The Reckoning")

Shandor's name is from the Star Trek card game^{[citation needed]}. One of the cards^{[citation needed]} has a phrase in the Bajoran language: "Yelim cha ono... tamah purono dhar jeek... teram far che... yavar ha iktasho". This a combination of Bajoran heard in "Resurrection" and "What You Leave Behind".
