New Therin Park, in the city of Lor'Vela, was established during the rebuilding program of 2382, which also relocated the Parliament Andoria from Laikan to Lor'Vela. Both parks had been named in honor of Shantherin th'Clane, a Starfleet officer who had distinguished himself with great bravery more than a century earlier.
