Uttaberry jam was a preserve made from uttaberries.

Uttaberry jam was made by the farmers on The Armada. In 2365 William T. Riker procured some the jam from The Armada for Deanna Troi. Later, when it was revealed The Armada's crops had been infected with chroniton particles, Riker was concerned Troi might be harmed by ingesting the jam. Fortunately it turned out the jam was from the previous year's harvest so was not affected. (TNG comic: "Space Seeds")
