Biography[]
In the year 2365, he informed the Federation starship USS Enterprise-D of the Kreel's discovery of a cache of advanced Cognoscenti weapons on DQN 1196 and their desire to mediate a truce with the Klingon Empire. He assigned the Enterprise to transport the Klingon and Kreel ambassadorial parties to DQN for negotiations. (TNG novel: Strike Zone)
