Yina was a 24th century individual who served as secretary to Federation President Min Zife in the 2370s decade.
Biography[]
In the year 2379, Yina worked in the Palais de la Concorde directly outside of the Presidential Office and informed him when visitors arrived.
During the Tezwan crisis, Zife was in his office late at night two hours after the Klingons had declared war on Tezwa. When Koll Azernal arrived at Zife's office, Yina informed the president of his arrival and let him in. (ST - A Time to... novel: A Time to Kill)
