Amelia is an airplane who appears in Episode 5128 of Sesame Street.

She lands on Sesame Street as a pit stop and is introduced to Elmo, Abby, Rudy, and Chris. Her talk of flying through the skies makes Rudy dream of doing the same, so the others decide to make a simulated airplane to help him get the experience. Amelia helps provide inspiration for how their pretend plane should look and what items to use for each part. Amelia joins them on their pretend flight, and then has to take off on her scheduled route.

She is recycled from the Airplane puppet built for Elmo's World: Transportation, but with an added propeller. She is named after famed pilot Amelia Earhart.
