British puppeteer Don Austen has worked with puppets on both the high and low-tech end of things, including several Muppet films, notably as the body of The Ghost of Christmas Present in The Muppet Christmas Carol.

With John Eccleston and Darryl Worbey, Austen created the UK puppet series The Leprechauns, and played half of the title duo. Other non-Henson credits include Star Wars: Episode I (assisting Frank Oz with Yoda), Little Shop of Horrors (as a principal Audrey II puppeteer), and Who Framed Roger Rabbit.
