He looks around and sees some evidence on the kitchen counter that she was here: her keys, a half-eaten lunch, and a newspaper with a notification to register to vote. He goes over to the table and tells what has happened by the clues of a toy cow, some crayons, and some childrens' drawings of a cow. He also hints at a box nearby that Bob helped him set up.
