SCENE 1 Bob, Susan, and Mr. Hooper notice some boxes in front of Oscar's trash can. They figure the boxes belong to Big Bird, since they've seen him use boxes to make a truck, a television set, and a cuckoo clock. Oscar pops up and says the boxes are his, and has them pile the boxes in front of his can. He uses a ladder to tell them what they've just built: a wall, so he doesn't have to see anybody.
