In the story, Queen Quinella, who lives in a Q-shaped palace and owns everything Q related, wants to give her fortune away to someone who loves the letter Q as much as she does. She meets a duck named Quincy and asks him some questions, which he answers with more Q words. She likes him so much that she gives him her entire fortune — a quarter. (First: Episode 0164)

	SCENE 2	At Hooper's Store, Oscar tries to find the right item he needs. He explains to Mr. Hooper that his cousin Melvin Icky wants something to keep strawberry milkshakes in. Mr. Hooper tries to help narrow his choices down between a glass, a pitcher, a pail, and a strainer. Oscar ultimately picks the strainer, even though Mr. Hooper points out that the contents will spill right on the ground. Oscar states this is perfect - Melvin hates strawberry milkshakes.

	SCENE 3	Bob and Laura drop by Oscar's trash can, which is now affixed with what Oscar calls his "Super Duper Automatic Can Opener." He describes the lengthy process of how it works, which involves his pet worm Slimey, his tuba, a monkey (Jerry Nelson), and a balloon, which all ends with the monkey pulling on a rope that opens the can lid. Bob and Laura test it out and are surprised to see it works as Oscar described. Oscar, however, angrily asks why they're bothering him.
