The same thing happens after he puts more away until David explains what the word "all" means. After all of the dolls are stored away and onto the shelf, Big Bird asks to buy one of them.

Just then, the Mudman arrives (singing, "Everybody loves the Mudman, that's why I'm in love with me..."). He's got Oscar’s mud delivery, but he mistakes Oscar for a stranger and refuses to give him Oscar's order and leaves.
