SCENE 4 It's time for Sir Campbell to head back to the lowlands of Scotland. He plays the gang a parting tune on his bagpipes as he exits, backed by the Grouch Fusiliers offscreen. Luis and Olivia are grateful they're finally spared of the noise, until Oscar reveals Sir Campbell has gifted him his own set of bagpipes and he begins to play a rotten version of the "Sesame Street Theme." Sir Campbell announces the sponsors as the others recoil.
