SCENE 1 Maria, Elmo, and the kids find Shelley the Turtle sitting next to Oscar's trash can. They all try to think of ways to get him to poke his head out, such as pleading, jumping, or screaming, but nothing happens. Oscar sees the commotion and is left with the task after everyone decides to leave.
