It takes Telly a while to figure out that "Kitten" begins with K, but it eventually dawns on him. Telly and Baby Bear leave to get ready for drawing time, not noticing that Sparkles is following them. |

SCENE 3 | Telly and Baby Bear have gathered their paper, easels, and crayons in the yard and wonder what to draw. They are approached by the cute little kitten they met before and decide to draw him. They draw his cute little eyes, his nose, his ears, his mouth, and his whiskers before showing their pictures to him, observing how different yet similar they are. Before long, they find that they really like this kitten and want to keep him. They toss around a few ideas of what to name him (including "Zeus," "Omar," and "Mad Dog Slim"), unaware that he already has a name and an owner. |

Telly doesn't want to part with "Little Murray" (at first wanting to get on a bus and disappear to Mexico with him), but Baby Bear tells him to look at it from Elizabeth's perspective: she doesn't want to part with her kitten, either. They agree to do the right thing. |
