	COLD OPEN	To introduce today's theme of bodies, Elmo has Grover demonstrate various things one can do with their body (dancing, jumping, touching one's toes, and running). Grover points out one more thing the body can do and faints into Elmo's arms.
	SCENE 1	In the yard, Prairie Dawn directs the Sesame Street Songbirds choir to sing "Sing," but when Big Bird gets to his solo part, he starts hiccupping. He stops the song, and the choir attempts to get rid of Big Bird's hiccups. After neither Big Bird drinking water nor Grover scaring Big Bird are successful, Prairie sends everyone away for a short break.
	SCENE 1 cont'd	Rosita, Elmo, and Nina find Big Bird looking down and sighing at the community center, feeling a very big feeling. Nina identifies this feeling as disappointment, and Rosita shares the time she was disappointed when one of her guitar strings broke, after which she took a deep breath and continued playing.
	SCENE 1 cont'd	Nina suggests that all four of them take a deep breath and do a tree pose, which signals a talking tree (Leslie Carrara-Rudolph) to explain. Encouraging the audience to follow along, the tree talks through the process of placing one heal over the other ankle and placing the hands together, then raising the hands (or "branches") above the head while inhaling and lowering the arms while exhaling.
	SCENE 1 cont'd	The tree leaves, and Big Bird claims to feel less disappointed, but he realizes the feeling isn't all gone when he lets out another hiccup. He then spots a woman (Jennifer Barnhart) delivering a package for him, which turns out to be Grover attempting to scare him once again.
	SCENE 1 cont'd	His hiccups remain, and Big Bird wonders if another Songbird should sing the solo, thinking his hiccups will ruin the song. Prairie objects, saying that "Sing" is about singing your own way. She, Nina, and Rosita convince him to sing his solo despite the minor hiccup.
	SCENE 1 cont'd	The Sesame Street Songbirds perform "Sing," complete with Big Bird's solo. The choir cheers as they finish their performance, and Big Bird finds his hiccups gone. Grover is disappointed his scaring services are no longer needed... then he hiccups.
	Insert	Everyone Has Big Feelings Aria and Ariana take tree-pose deep breaths to get over their messing up when singing "Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star."
	Muppets	The Sesame Street friends dance and sing waiting to discover which letter will be the letter of the day. Today, it's B. (First: Episode 5505)

	SCENE 2	Elmo and Abby exercise their body by doing a silly dance, when they hear the Foodie Truck...
	Muppets	Cookie Monster's Foodie Truck Aaliyah orders channa (a Caribbean chickpea snack) to give her body energy before she plays basketball. Cookie Monster gets all the ingredients except chickpeas, explaining that his chick friend Chicardo ate them all, despite Gonger's previous instructions not to let Chicardo into the kitchen. Cookie is forgiven due to Chicardo's cuteness, but they still need to get more chickpeas from the chickpea farm...
	Muppets	Elmo sings and dances with Tango as she retrieves toys for the number of the day. Today, she brings one. (First: Episode 5503)
	Film	A girl explains how she takes care of her one body.

	SCENE 3	A still hiccupping Grover asks if Big Bird, Elmo, and Rosita can show him the tree pose.
