Miss Cartier is an elderly ghost who inhabits the title residence in the special Muppets Haunted Mansion. She dances in the ballroom with Beautiful Day Monster while exchanging "At the Dance" style quips and can be seen in the crowd during the song "Life Hereafter."
The puppet is reworked from Carter, returning to its original roots as one of Geri and the Atrics, and the name (only given in the credits) is the French form of Carter.
