"S.S. Forgetful" is a Sesame Street song sung by Uncle Wally in Episode 2130.
Wally sings to Big Bird and the kids a song he learned while in the merchant marines sailing all around the world. The tune reminds the sailors the importance of planning ahead, and the consequences of not doing so. In the song, a captain starts to sail off only to return repeatedly to land to bring back the crew, their clothes, the food, and finally their own ship!
