Six Flags is an amusement park chain, the first park of which was Six Flags Over Texas (opened in 1961). Other parks in different states with similar theming followed, as well as the acquisition of California's Magic Mountain in 1971. Beginning in 1984, the parks partnered with Warner Bros., using the Looney Tunes cast and other Warner owned characters as their counterparts to the walk-arounds and character theming at the Disney parks.
