I am following the instructions of this tutorial:

https://wiki.php.net/internals/windows/stepbystepbuild

I installed Visual Studio 2012 Express for Windows Desktop and have
php-5.5.0-nts-Win32-VC11-x64
<https://windows.php.net/downloads/releases/archives/php-5.5.0-nts-Win32-VC11-x64.zip>

I am in this step of the tutorial:

If compiling PHP 5.5 or 5.6 open the "VS2012 x86 Native Tools Command
> Prompt"

But i am disoriented execute the following command

setenv /x86 /xp /release

I get the following result:

'setenv' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
