5D Parallel Models Moved to bionemo-recipes

Training and model implementation code for ESM-2, AMPLIFY, Geneformer, and Evo2 now lives in bionemo-recipes. For active training and fine-tuning workflows, refer to the relevant directories in bionemo-recipes/models/ and bionemo-recipes/recipes/. Model cards and checkpoint information remain available in these docs.
