How We do it
Jobseekers With Disabilities
Through the Jiandae program receive employability skills,career mentorship and access to job opportunities through Riziki’s inclusive job-matching platform, available via mobile app and USSD
Employers
Are trained in disability inclusion in workplaces and receive support recruiting youths with disabilities. Upon request, Riziki Source also offers workplace audits to identify accessibility needs
Entrepreneurs With Disabilities
Through InuaBiz program are equipped with entrepreneurship skills,market linkages,mentorship and financing opportunities through pitch events, small grants, and referrals to inclusive financial institutions to start or scale their business.

OUR IMPACT
Riziki Source has placed a growing number of youth with disabilities into employment and supported many others in launching and running successful businesses. Our impacts are stories of dignity, independence, and growing income. We are also tracking the cumulative income generated by the youth we support, to better measure the economic transformation we are catalyzing. Every number we report represents a life changed and a future reshaped.
