Hello,

I wonder if this GAS(elf32-386 bfd) behaves correctly in case like this:
moo.S
=====
#ifdef DEFSYM
mysymbol:
#endif
.globl myalias
myalias=mysymbol
---

If DEFSYM is set everything is fine, if not only external reference to mysymbol is sotred in moo.o.
I think warning/error should be issued here, even if this is indeed correct behavior.
