   This is OK, but you forgot to add documentation for the new assembler
   flags...


OK, this is commited.  i added a basic t-ppc.texi that documents the
PPC specific assembler flags, but does not document any other PPC
specific portions (assembler directives, etc.)  there was no specific
PPC documentation until now.
