quality of IA-64 bits in 2.11

2.11 should work fine.  It isn't perfect, but you aren't going to find any
perfect IA-64 binutils release.  If you want a proven release, you could try
taking one from any of the ia64-linux distributions, but I don't think that
is necessary.

I don't know, and I am not interesting in spending a few hours checking.
If you want to report a real bug, I'll take a look, but I am not interesting
in looking for phantom bugs.
