Hi Guys,

  As pointed out by Ian Taylor and Ben Elliston, GASP is no longer
  needed as all of its functionality has been incorporated into GAS.

  I am suggesting that we mark GASP as deprecated in the current
  mainline, and after the next release of binutils (2.13) we remove it
  altogether.
