speaking of which, how does one get updates into the config project ?  i have 
some patches to fix up uClibc that i e-mailed to beu@gnu.org but never got 
back a reply ...

the config homepage is 403:
http://www.gnu.org/software/config/
the savannah page is pretty useless:
http://www.gnu.org/software/config/

and there doesnt appear to be any mailing list :(
