Hello,

I noticed, that I submitted accidentily changes to Makefile.def, too. Of 
course this file needs just to be regenerated.

        * Makefile.def: Regenerate.
        * Makefile.tpl: Add windmc tool to build.
        * configure.ac: Likewise.
        * Makefile.in: Regenerate.
