hi,
Joseph and Bernd were too modest to put their names in the newly contributed C6X 
files, during the initial contribution.  This patch recognizes their work in the 
normal fashion of new ports.

Btw, Bernd has some more binutils patches in the queue, but we're waiting on ABI 
finalization before posting them.
