* archures.c (bfd_get_arch): Make param const.
(bfd_get_mach, bfd_arch_bits_per_byte): Likewise.
(bfd_arch_bits_per_address, bfd_octets_per_byte): Likewise.
* bfd-in2.h: Regenerate.
