Federated Wireless is the wireless industry through the shared spectrum revolution, eliminating the decades-old problem of spectrum scarcity.

In relation to the reorganisation, approximately USD 150.7m was transitioned from the Hancock Horizon Value Fund to the Federated MDT Large Cap Value Fund, approximately USD 136.5m was reorganised from the Hancock Horizon Growth Fund to the Federated Kaufmann Large Cap Fund, and approximately USD 147.8m was transitioned from the Hancock Horizon Core Bond Fund to the Federated Total Return Bond Fund.

The proceeds of the fundraising will enable Federated Wireless to complete its Spectrum Access System (SAS) and Environmental Sensor Capability (ESC) certification, conclude the development and accelerate the commercialisation of its cloud-hosted CINQ platform, and conduct field trials in the second half of 2016 with technology partners.

"Federated would not sell Red & White to a competing merchant," he notes.

The fans are just one example of how Federated is approaching sustainability, according to Thiemann and Trevor Carlson, Federated's environmental and technical services manager.

A spokeswoman for Federated did not return phone calls for comment.

She calls the Federated School "a coming together of all our strengths" to serve the industry's needs.
