Youth STEMM Award

The skills award inspiring the next generation of STEMM professionals

Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics & Medicine

The Youth STEMM Award (YSA) is a flexible and personalised skills award for young people aged 11–19, empowering them to design their own programme of STEMM activities. Participants work towards a Bronze, Silver, or Gold Award by completing activities at school, at home, or online—choosing experiences that align with their interests.

They log their hours and reflect on their learning in a personal YSA digital portfolio. Upon completing their Award, they receive:

✅ Quality medal
✅ Printed Certificate
✅ Digital badge

They can also add Youth STEMM Award to their UCAS application and CV.
