Python 3.12 was released, so this need to be rebuild. You should bump the pkgrel.

Please update to PEP517 installs -- directly invoking setup.py is deprecated nowadays.
I'm not using this anymore, so I'll disown the package. (note that I don't maintain the github repo anymore, and it's archived). Feel free to adopt if you find it useful o/
