ExonComparator (biojava 5.2.0 API)

  • java.lang.Object
    • org.biojava.nbio.core.sequence.ExonComparator
  • All Implemented Interfaces:
    Serializable, Comparator<ExonSequence>

    public class ExonComparator
    extends Object
    implements Comparator<ExonSequence>, Serializable

    Sort Exon where it is a little confusing if exons shoud always be ordered left to right where a negative stranded gene should go the other direction. Need to think about this?
