Project Defiance or the Dark Titans was a short-lived team formed by Deathstroke.
History
The apparently reformed Deathstroke created the government-backed team, supposedly to make them better heroes. The members were his children Jericho and Rose, the young geomancer Terra, and Kid Flash and Power Girl, two young heroes hoping to grow out of the shadows of their legacy. They executed government-sponsored missions and they wore special Ikon Suits.
The team dynamics were chaotic and distrust and discomfort were common. Kid Flash left when he could no longer trust Deathstroke. Power Girl had issues with Jericho's motivations. The old hurt in the Wilson family came up once again. The problems laid bare Deathstroke's manipulative nature, causing the team to fall apart.
